This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Customer Officer. The Chief Customer Officer will lead the design and execution of customer experience strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, developing and implementing customer engagement initiatives, driving business growth through sales and business development, and overseeing end-to-end project execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand values.
- Proficiency in Account Management and a track record of building strong, long-lasting client relationships
