Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Customer Officer. The Chief Customer Officer will lead the design and execution of customer experience strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, developing and implementing customer engagement initiatives, driving business growth through sales and business development, and overseeing end-to-end project execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand values.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Account Management and a track record of building strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Expertise in enhancing Customer Experience through strategic planning and implementation
  • Skills in Sales and Business Development, including identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in Project Management with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with advanced degrees being a plus
