Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Intelligence & CRM Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves overseeing CRM system optimization, integrating sales data, developing actionable market segmentation strategies, and driving sales growth for private equity and national franchise networks. The Sales Intelligence & CRM Manager will also track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and drive data-informed decisions
- Demonstrated abilities in Communication and Sales, with expertise in customer engagement and lead generation
- Knowledge of Market Segmentation to identify key markets and build targeted strategies
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee CRM system optimization and related workflows
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM platform, data visualization tools, and sales automation software
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in SaaS, research and results.
