About the RoleThis is a full-cycle sales role with both remote calling and field outreach.
You will own:
- Outbound cold outreach
- In-person visits to local organizations
- Running demos
- Setting up free trials
- Closing deals
- Onboarding
- Maintaining accounts for monthly recurring commissions
You must already be comfortable with sales activity and full-cycle ownership.
What You’ll Do- Make 100 outbound calls per day to qualified organizations
- Visit local schools, nonprofits, senior centers, gyms, and dental offices in person
- Send outbound email sequences and LinkedIn outreach
- Run demos and present DentalScan clearly
- Offer free trials and convert them into paid monthly accounts
- Maintain long-term relationships with your accounts
- Manage your pipeline inside the CRM
- Work directly with the founder for strategy and deal support (not basic training)
- Have proven SDR or sales experience (cold calling required)
- Know how to run a full sales cycle independently
- Are comfortable with in-person visits phone outreach
- Communicate professionally and persuasively
- Are disciplined with daily activity
- Want to maximize income through commissions recurring revenue
