The RoleWe're hiring a Business Development & Sales Strategy Intern to help take our SaaS product to market. This role is ideal for a high-performing college student or recent grad interested in sales, GTM strategy, or early-stage startups.
You’ll work directly with the founder and take real ownership of strategic outreach, lead generation, and sales execution. This is not a passive lead-gen internship - you'll actively engage with decision-makers and help drive measurable revenue growth.
What to Expect- Remote & flexible (approximately 20 hours/week)
- Unpaid, but commission-based compensation for closed deals
- 12-week minimum commitment, with the option to extend up to 6 months
- Top performers may be offered a full-time role after 12 weeks (salary commission)
- Start date is flexible - Fall 2025 or earlier
- Two short daily meetings: morning sync and afternoon standup
- Research and identify high-fit service businesses
- Craft and execute personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, light calling)
- Engage with business owners and support sales conversations
- Contribute to outbound campaigns, CRM workflows, and lead segmentation
- Share insights from the field to improve messaging and positioning
- Assist in identifying partnership and investor opportunities
- Experience or strong interest in sales, startups, or B2B SaaS
- Confidence in cold outreach and follow-up communication
- Strong writing and research skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational habits
- Bonus: interest in telecom, RevOps, or venture-backed GTM
- Commission for closed deals
