Job Overview
Replica Screenprinting is looking for a dependable, detail oriented Production Associate to join our team. This is a full time, hands on position where you'll assist with all aspects of our screen printing operation, including preparing orders, quality control, production support, packaging completed orders, customer pickups, and eventually learning to operate our automatic screen printing press.
No previous screen printing experience is required. We're willing to train the right person. What we can't teach is reliability, a strong work ethic, and pride in doing quality work.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, likes working with their hands, and wants to learn a skilled trade in a family owned business. We work Monday through Thursday, so you'll enjoy a three day weekend every week.
Location: 102 N. 2nd Street, Cave City, KY
Job Type: Full time, 4 day work week, approximately 40 hours
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to stand and move throughout an 8 to 10 hour shift.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Friendly and professional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the screen printing process.
- Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or screen printing experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
