Production Associate – 3rd Shift | $22.50–$25.00/hour
Replex Plastics – Mount Vernon, OH
- Must have at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience — applications without this will not be considered.
Shift & Pay
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Mon–Fri
$22.500–$25.00/hour (based on experience, mechanical aptitude, and benefits participation)
Full-time, year-round — no weekends, no rotating shifts

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality output
- Perform in-process quality checks and accurately record results
- Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Support efficient production flow by identifying and reporting issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years production/manufacturing experience (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machines/tools
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
