Replenex is looking for an Outside Sales Account Manager who can grow customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and become the person customers call when they need a solution.
You’ll spend significant time face-to-face with customers, learning their businesses and helping them find the right industrial products and solutions. You’ll also prospect for new business, develop leads, provide quotes and product recommendations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and partner with our internal teams and vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your day may include:
- Visiting customers and strengthening existing relationships.
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Researching and quoting industrial products.
- Helping customers select the right product for their application.
- Presenting cost savings and conducting business reviews.
- Solving customer issues alongside vendors and internal teams.
- Reviewing customer-specific inventory and addressing slow-moving items.
- Learning about new products, vendors, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Collaborating with teammates on pricing, availability, product testing, and expedited orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with industrial supplies, machining, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer-service skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
- Ability and willingness to drive frequently to customer locations.
