Fulfillment Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, hourly

Location: Greensboro, NC (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Purpose of the Job

Under minimal supervision, you'll pack and prepare customer orders, sort outbound shipments, and assist with material movement. The role rotates across tasks to meet demand, maintaining accuracy, speed, and safety to keep order processing running smoothly.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Accurately inspects, cleans, prepares, and packs orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.

• Processes packed orders for shipment through approved carriers, using a computerized shipping system.

• Sorts shipped orders to the appropriate area or trailer according to established guidelines.

• Generate shipping labels and documentation, coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.

• Generates appropriate reports using the computerized manifesting program.

• Inspects outgoing packages for accuracy, quality, and completeness.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments, including receiving incoming materials.

• Interacts with company vendors, and completes adequate paperwork as needed.

• Maintains organized storage areas and ensures proper labeling and inventory placement.

• Assists Material Handler with replenishing stock and moving materials between packers and warehouse as needed.

• Keeps workstations and supply storage area clean and comply with safety and operational procedures.

• Communicates with team members and supervisors to resolve order or inventory issues.

• Must demonstrate product knowledge as required by level of position.
• Must be able to independently structure and organize regular working activities.
• Must be able to follow detailed procedures and recognize detailed differences in product.
• Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Must be able to work in a pressured, high-volume work environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be familiar with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have organized work habits and be willing to maintain orderly and clean work area.
• Must follow all safety regulations.
• Standing, walking, bending, and stooping required – often for long periods of time.
• Must be able to occasionally push, pull and climb ladders safely.
• Must be able to occasionally push and pull product carts safely.
• Should possess a strong commitment to providing excellent service to Replacements' internal and external customers.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, load, and stack up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be capable of using a pallet jack and loading boxed pallets onto trucks.
