Replacement Window Center of Ashville and Hickory is looking for talented Sales Professionals to add to our growing company. Our ideal candidate should be self-motivated and goal oriented. Leads are pre-set, pre-screened, and paid for by the company. Unlimited earning and growth potential for the right candidate. Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses are available.

Replacement Window Center is a rapidly growing national company with a very strong local feel and presence. Our headquarters is in Nashville. We currently have 7 locations and continue to grow and expand. We also have a very lucrative bath division that is exploding. We are pacing to be up to 12 to 15 locations by 2024. Although we are a growing national company, we are very family oriented. Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the Ashville or Hickory area - no cold calling or door knocking!
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations
- Follow up with your customers in a timely fashion daily, weekly, and monthly using our CRM
- Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity – no high pressure selling!
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs of sample materials (required)
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
- Previous outside sales experience in a one call close environment preferred
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
- A strong desire and ability to help customers with solutions and close the sale
Compensation:
- Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning $100 K/Year
- Commissions are paid weekly and up front
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Paid training and draw with continued coaching and mentorship
