**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Account Development:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Midwest region to open accounts with spas, salons, and beauty schools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty industry to drive brand loyalty and sales growth.
- Conduct market research to assess potential opportunities and competitive landscape.
2. **Education and Training:**
- Provide education and training to existing customers on the benefits and applications of Repêchage products.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and workshops to enhance product knowledge and usage among professionals.
- Serve as a resource for clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on product selection and treatments.
3. **Event Coordination:**
- Plan, organize, and execute Repêchage on-location events at spas, salons, and beauty schools to promote brand awareness and product sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for events.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events to continually improve future initiatives.
4. **Brand Representation:**
