Technology Deployment Specialist

Repeat Business Systems is looking for a positive, outgoing and customer-friendly Technology Deployment Specialist. This role will support our warehouse and delivery teams. You will be an integral component in the journey of our equipment from receiving, setup, to deployment at customer locations.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (75lbs)
• Basic understanding of current technologies
• Ability to operate delivery truck with lift gate (No CDL Required)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Safely loading & unloading imaging and mailing equipment to/from delivery truck
• Ensure equipment is properly secured in delivery truck for transport
• Basic assembly/disassembly of equipment and components
• End User/operator training on operations of equipment
• Maintain communication with Administrative Scheduler & IT Technical Support Specialist
• Follow time schedule for installations
• Dispatch, arrive and complete scheduled calls via phone app
• Pick up and return old equipment Repeat Business Systems warehouse
• Move equipment from one location to another & set back up if needed
• Obtain customer signatures and status pages to return to Admin team for processing
• Maintain and keep truck clean and filled up with gasoline
• Use GPS for routes to arrive on time while adhering to all speed limits
• Follow DOT regulations and safety guides
