Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Rancho Cordova CA. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, and other customers, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information to support sales decisions. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to support customer satisfaction by resolving issues, tracking orders, and providing proactive communication, processing orders, returns, warranties, & related tasks
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and problem resolution.
- Previous experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, or related building products is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and manufacturer partners.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, basic office software, and data entry; ability to learn product and technical information quickly.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability in an on-site environment.
