Overview

We’re seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to support our day-to-day operations from handling orders and data entry to assisting in special projects and customer support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery details, and solve customer inquiries
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records
- Support general office operations and administrative duties such as scanning, copying and answering phones
- Assist with special projects or administrative support as needed
- Coordinate with team members across departments to meet daily goals
- Assist with preparing and packing customer orders ensuring accuracy and quality
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Be team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior office or customer service experience is a plus
- All applicants must be able to pass a background check
