Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the day-to-day process of fulfillment for both B2C and B2B orders
- Support the customer journey experience, in all capacity, from start to finish
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through various channels (email, phone, social media)
- Process incoming orders and provide order confirmations and invoices
- Provide tracking information for shipped orders
- Communicate with the East Coast warehouse regarding shipments and tracking issues
- Resolve customer support issues by organizing information and presenting potential solutions to relevant team members
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Improve existing workflows in order processing, customer communication, shipping, and inventory organization
- Create and update process documents for order management, shipping, customer support, etc.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on various projects to enhance customer communication
- Collaborate with operations team to improve processes and implement new systems/tools for increased efficiency
- Ensure accurate input and segmentation of lead lists within CRM (HubSpot)
- Maintain document organization and updates within the company's cloud system (SharePoint)
- Provide regular reports on discount code usage, inventory status, and customer returns and complaints
- Coordinate purchasing for print materials and office expenses
- Assist CEO with miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Pickup and drop off mail as required
Requirements
Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to review and respond to emails promptly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus, not necessary
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, caring demeanor
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred
