Repair Wizards is a licensed and established mobile home repair company specializing in Repairs and leveling, structural repairs, remodeling, and maintenance. We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to build a long-term career with a respected company.
If you have solid carpentry skills and enjoy solving problems, we'll train the right person in specialized mobile home services, including load balancing and leveling.
What You'll Do
- Perform mobile home repairs and maintenance
- Level and load balance mobile homes (training provided)
- Install and repair skirting and vapor barriers
- Complete carpentry projects from rough framing to finish work
- Build and repair decks, stairs, and exterior structures
- Perform drywall repair, painting, trim work, and tile installation
- Assist with bathroom remodeling projects
- Perform minor plumbing repairs
- Diagnose repair issues and communicate findings clearly with management
- Work independently while maintaining schedules and quality standards
- Collaborate professionally with team members when needed.
- Blue Print Reading a plus
- Qualifications
- Preferred: 2 years of mobile home repair experience
- OR 2 years of carpentry experience (rough framing through finish carpentry)
- Experience with tile installation and general remodeling
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces beneath mobile homes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Professional-grade tools required
- Truck ownership is a plus and will receive priority consideration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Employment Requirement: Applicants must be current on any court-ordered child support obligations, where applicable.
Pay: $27.00 - $41.00 per hour
