Role Description

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment and trucks are maintained according to established maintenance plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Production Liaison to ensure adequate parts and materials are available to avoid production delays.
• Work with the VP of Operations to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Driver & Logistics Management

• Supervise and support 3–7 drivers, ensuring routes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate driver schedules, dispatching, and routing changes as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for driver inquiries, route information, and on-road emergencies.
• Ensure routing schedules are generated and delivery tickets are properly billed.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Ohio team to confirm Bills of Lading (BOLs) are accurate and shipments are properly scheduled.
• Address delivery-related issues such as delays, missed pickups, or route conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the main liaison between the Warehouse, Drivers, Production Liaison, Sales, and VP of Operations.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding deliveries, routing, and logistics inquiries.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management of warehouse and driver staff.
• Coordinate with Production Liaison to prioritize repair units and manage inventory flow to and from production.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess inventory and operational needs
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting tasks related to warehouse operations
• Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills to work collaboratively with teams
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is a plus
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting
