Bilingual Marketing & Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy person to join our fast-paced commercial real estate office. This role is ideal for someone with a great attitude who thrives in a busy environment and is not afraid to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism (fully bilingual: English/Spanish required)
- Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and property promotions
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
- Support daily office operations and client communications
Ideal Candidate:
- Outgoing, confident, and not shy on the phone or in person
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Skilled in graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
- AI knowledge or willing to learn
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
