Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to wine club members and guests.
- Assist with wine club events, tastings, and member communications.
- Process wine club orders and manage inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting room and office area.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging wine club experiences.
- Educate guests about our wines and vineyard history.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Support marketing efforts to grow our wine club membership.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Publisher. Technologically proficient.
- Knowledge of wine, wine regions, and wine-making processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid ID.
- Availability to work weekdays/weekends and holidays as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
