Qualifications:As a Requirements Manager in SaFe Agile, your key responsibilities might include:
- Product Backlog Management
- Requirements athering and Documentation
- Requirements Analysis and Elaboration
- Backlong Refinement
- Stakeholder Management
- Traceability and Impact Analysis
Key Responsibilities for Team Lead:
- Serve as a leader, removing impediments and shielding the team from external distractions.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, and PI (Program Increment) Planning.
- Monitor performance through metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Handle administrative and people-related duties, such as performance evaluations and professional development planning.
