Renviva is looking to hire a Social Worker to assist patients at our Indianapolis location.
Responsibilities include:
-Assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.
-Master's degree, LCSW
- 1 year of clinical experience with Renal/Dialysis patients preferred/training offered.
