What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant position at Renuven Health Partners?
Local SNFist group is hiring an NP or PA to provide care in the Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) setting.
This position is full-time, Monday- Friday, managing typical medical problems to assist patients in transitioning from the hospital to home.
Call is provided by a national telehealth group with the NP/PA available for back-up and oversight of any transfers to the hospital.
Experience in Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) is preferred, but other experience is welcome. Primary worksite is in Knoxville, TN.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
