About the Role
Renu Windows is selectively hiring experienced In-Home Sales Closers.
This is a pure closing role. You will only run pre-set appointments generated by our remote dialer team and door-to-door setting team. There is no door knocking and no cold prospecting required.
You will meet with homeowners in their homes, present window replacement solutions, and close deals.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission position.
- Average commission: $2,000 – $4,000 per closed deal
- Paid on closed sales
High-performing closers with strong in-home sales experience have the opportunity to earn at a high level. Income is directly tied to your ability to close quality appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Run pre-set in-home appointments with interested homeowners
- Conduct professional consultations and product presentations
- Overcome objections and close window replacement deals
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish
- Coordinate with the setting teams as needed
Who We’re Looking For
We are selectively searching for proven in-home sales professionals. Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience closing sales inside the home
- Strong track record in window, roofing, solar, home improvement, or similar in-home sales
- Excellent presentation and closing skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as appointments require
