Schedule:

Our nurse scheduling is released by the end of the second week of each month for the upcoming month. Eligible nurses can then select open shifts (currently Thursdays through Saturdays) that align with their availability. Additionally, there will be opportunities to participate in remote pop-up wellness events across the Missoula area.

Typical Shifts are:

Thursday: 10a-5p or 10a-1p & 1p-5p

Friday: 9a-6p or 9a-12p & 12p-6p

Saturday: 9a-4p

Sunday: 9a-4p

IV Infusion RN

• Experienced with all IV & IM related practices
• Sales experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High ethics and integrity
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Willingly adheres to all policies and procedures and maintains compliance at all times
• Performs nursing assessment and evaluation under the spa’s nursing protocols.
• Triage clients: must know normal vital sign parameters and follow standard protocols for abnormalities, including alerting the Spa Director and/or Medical Director.
• Administers two primary nursing services: Intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections using the prescribed protocols and array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, following sterile technique.
• When time allows, Assist clients with other services that include: Red Light Therapy, Compression therapy, PEMF, Cryotherapy treatments, Contrast Rooms (Infrared Sauna/Cold Plunge).
• Uses electronic medical records to document client visits and therapies received.
• Under the Medical Director and Spa Directors supervision, address and answer client questions using educational materials and communicate with the rest of the nursing team any issues or adverse events.
• Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and teamwork in all aspects of work.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate current/potential clients about the spa and all services provided.
• Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to providing high-quality, competitive and kind nursing care.
• Follow all rules and systems while always maintaining confidentiality with all clients and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform administrative duties including restocking supplies, anticipating in stock needs, alerting the Spa Director of low stock.
• Assists staff with other store services.
• Keep areas clean, orderly and safe at all times.
• Opportunity to participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.
• Participates in periodical or mandatory nursing evaluations and meetings.

• Unencumbered RN license in the State of Montana.

• At least TWO years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU,

Med-Surg, Ambulatory Surgery, OR, Hospital).

• Two years experience administering injections and intravenous therapy. (Preferred)

• BLS Certified (Basic Life Support).

• Experience with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
