Duties

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new B2B and B2C sales opportunities within the medspa market.
• Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM tools to generate leads and expand territory coverage.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and consultations to showcase service offerings, emphasizing benefits and value propositions.
• Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer relationship building, upselling services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability goals.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients through targeted outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience with a strong background in business development, account management, or sales leadership within the health, beauty, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, territory management, and outside or inside sales environments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar sales management tools; experience with CRM-supported customer relationship management is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, deal closing, negotiation, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to perform remote sales activities confidently while maintaining high levels of motivation and self-discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for client engagement, product demos, upselling, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in retail or direct sales environments is advantageous; familiarity with technical or medical aesthetic products is a plus.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends and developing strategies for territory growth.
