This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: you'll work side by side with our Controller, gain broad exposure across the business, and take ownership of key financial functions, including preparing reports across our three divisions.

What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the Controller on day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate, timely reporting across all three of our divisions, gaining broad company-wide financial exposure
- Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules
- Work across accounting, payroll, CRM, and reporting systems to research transactions and improve processes
- Help strengthen internal controls and support audit, tax, and financial review requests
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of accounting principles and month-end close
- Sharp analytical skills and a real eye for detail
- Commission or sales-compensation experience a plus; Paylocity/Zoho experience a plus
