You will execute against generated leads while also cultivating referral sources to expand our customer base. In addition to relationship-building skills, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals. This position is a full-time, based in the Columbia, SC area, to build the sales territory. This will include some local travel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and credibility.
- Analyze client energy usage and determine the financial return on investment for solar solutions.
- Generate project proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs and preferences.
- Actively manage sales pipelines using our Company CRM system (Smartsheet).
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Dedicated work ethic focused on meeting and exceeding goals.
- Desire to learn new skills, build knowledge, and to be a part of an experienced team.
- Manage customer communications, expectations, and follow-up.
- Execute against generated leads, while also developing referral sources.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services.
- 2 years of sales experience in solar or construction industry (preferred)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
