What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify automation opportunities and simplify workflows using AI/ML
- Design, develop, and deploy AI tools for predictive analytics, resource planning, risk detection, and more
- Build interactive dashboards and tools that inform real-time project decisions
- Pilot emerging technologies like computer vision for safety monitoring, predictive equipment maintenance, and intelligent bid generation
- Lead change management by training teams, producing documentation, and facilitating adoption
- Track model effectiveness and ROI, iterating for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent – relevant field experience can substitute for education
- 3–7 years of experience applying AI/ML in operational or industrial contexts; construction, logistics, or manufacturing is a big plus
- Strong programming skills
- Experience with business/process automation tools and BI systems
- Excellent communicator capable of translating technical insights to non-technical teams
- Proven ability to start and own AI initiatives in a mid-sized, cross-functional environment
Nice-to-Haves/Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with construction tech tools (e.g., Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, Salesforce)
