Position Overview
The Property Manager will provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team development across multiple properties. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive performance, strengthen relationships, and create exceptional living experiences for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and serve as a role model for onsite teams
- Motivate and guide staff to achieve occupancy, retention, and customer‑experience goals
- Manage financial performance in alignment with established budgets
- Coach team members to understand how their roles contribute to overall success
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial and operational reports to ownership groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors
- Monitor the competitive landscape and position communities effectively
- Partner with marketing teams to implement strategies that elevate community visibility
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality resident experience that drives positive reviews
- Support professional development through training, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5 years of property management experience
- Requires an active PM or PMIC license issued by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and time‑management abilities
- Proven success developing and retaining high‑performing teams
- Experience managing budgets and/or P&L responsibilities
