Leasing Consultant – Sentosa Epperson | Rentyl Apartments
Rentyl Apartments and Homes is dedicated to elevating the resident experience through exceptional customer service, luxury amenities, and a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Sentosa Lexington Oaks, where you'll play a key role in driving occupancy, delivering outstanding service, and representing our brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Convert leads into tours by following up with prospects via phone, email, text, and online platforms

Conduct engaging, informative, and personalized apartment tours that highlight community features and help secure new leases

Support occupancy goals by effectively closing leases and maintaining strong sales performance

Build resident loyalty and support retention efforts by ensuring a consistently positive resident experience

Create awareness and engagement through social media content, community highlights, and online interactions

Work weekends (3 - 4 per month) when prospective residents are most active, with two weekdays off
Qualifications

Previous sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred

Strong social media skills and comfort engaging with prospects online

Confident using the phone-comfortable calling, following up, and building rapport

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency with computers, apps, and property management software

Strong sales aptitude and goal‑oriented mindset

Customer‑focused approach with a passion for helping people find their home

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
