Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role based in Riverview, FL. The Leasing Professional will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly communicate community features, pricing, and lease terms. Responsibilities include managing the leasing process from initial inquiry through application and move-in, accurately completing leasing documents, and maintaining organized resident records. The role also includes responding to resident questions, coordinating with maintenance and management teams, and supporting renewal efforts to ensure high resident satisfaction and retention. The Leasing Professional will assist with marketing activities, participate in community events, and help maintain the appearance of the leasing office and model units.

Qualifications

• Leasing and customer service skills, including experience with resident relations, conducting property tours, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
• Sales and marketing abilities, such as converting leads to leases, promoting community features, and supporting on-site marketing initiatives.
• Administrative and organizational skills, including accurate documentation, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Communication and interpersonal strengths, with clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with residents, prospects, and team members.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with sound judgment in handling resident concerns and collaborating with onsite teams to reach solutions.
• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred; hospitality, retail, or sales experience is also beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or industry certifications in property management are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Riverview, FL, including weekends or evenings as needed, and to comply with company policies and fair housing regulations.
