Duties of residential and commercial properties:
- Mowing, trimming vegetation, weeding and mulching flower beds, raking leaves, fertilizing, shrubbery trimming, insect/pest control and sidewalk snow removal. There will also be some cleaning of the outside of the buildings and grounds. We have various rental properties and a store. The successful candidate may be asked to perform additional tasks as needed.
You must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Approximately 10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule. Would be a great job for a retiree looking to keep busy.
Pay flexible depending on ability.
