Job Summary
Leads and oversees all activities associated with the customer support experience, including inbound / outbound communications with our customers and the field to support our customers, developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve customer outcomes and take work out and streamline core operational activities. Develops, implements, and tracks performance / service standards. Ensures productivity performance meets or exceeds service and quality standards and course corrects as necessary to achieve optimal team results. Establishes and maintains industry relationships. Provides coaching and mentoring to Client Service Supervisors and Client Service Administrators.
