Real Estate Agent -- North Side Rentals

Are you a licensed agent sitting on the far north side of Chicago with bandwidth to grow?

RentLife is actively looking for agents who know Rogers Park, Evanston, and Skokie -- not agents willing to learn the area, but agents already embedded in it.

We provide the listings, the leads, the CRM infrastructure, and the onboarding support. You bring the license, the MLS access, and the drive to perform.

This role is not for you if:

• You don't hold an active Illinois Real Estate License
• You're not MLS-active or actively in the process of becoming so
• You're uncomfortable working inside a CRM daily
• You require a base salary or hourly pay to get started

This role is for you if:

• You're licensed, MLS-active, and ready to work
• You know the far north side market and want to monetize that knowledge
• You're tech-comfortable -- CRM, digital platforms, virtual tours, the whole stack
• You're motivated by commission and understand that performance drives your income
• You want structure, coaching, and a real support system behind you
