We are looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized and experienced Independent Sales Associate! To be successful in this position, you will have a desire to help those around you while also being extremely goal-driven with a desire for long term personal growth and income success. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn and follow RenTech Global Solutions’ best practices.
  • Establish realistic and attainable short and long-term goals.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to increase referrals for potential new accounts.
  • Identify unmet needs of existing and potential clients and turn those into sales opportunities.
  • Lead clients through the entire sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Strong integrity and work ethic

  • Experience in sales a plus
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Courage to overcome challenges
  • Detail oriented
  • Effective communication skills

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
