Show apartments, condo and rental Homes
Market rental units coming up to rental propects
Screen applicants backgrounds as well as meeting rental criteria already in place
Take tenants initial payments and deposits for properties
Prepare and arrange new tenants lease documents and signing
Help office admin staff with arranging move in process based on condition of property
Arrange lease extensions on existing tenants wishing to renew
Misc office duties
Flexible schedule offerred, automobile stipend for mileage and generous monthly commission means motivated & detailed indvidual can make much higher then normal wage. Looking for at least 30 hrs a week but additional hours could be available if desired in most months. Willing to train but 2 years real estate experience or property management experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
