Inside Rental Coordinator

Rental Supply, a Missouri-based, independently owned equipment rental company, has an immediate opening for an Inside Rental Coordinator in our Joplin, MO facility. Our focus is to establish a rental equipment company that strives to be a partner with our customers by providing reliable equipment, dependable service, and friendly staff. Rental Supply was established in 2013 and currently has six locations in Missouri.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Rental Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing rental operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a full-time position paid hourly based on a 40 hour work week.

Duties:

- Planning & dispatching deliveries
- Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to promote rental services
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable rental solutions
- Analyze rental trends and customer feedback to optimize rental offerings
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the customer experience
- Drive sales by actively promoting rental services
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate rental options
- Manage rental agreements and contracts

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Prior experience in outbound calling or sales roles is preferred
