Seeking handy-man/general labor worker for maintenance and other general labor assignments. Must have simple general carpentry skills (interior trim measure/cut/install/door jambs/hang doors). Must be able to do general household repairs, and understand furnace functions. Must be able to work outdoors when necessary. Able to lift/carry. Willing to crawl under tight spaces/outdoors, and do any assignments from general labor debris removal to simple interior carpentry. 30 hours per week, and may work into more depending on your willingness and skill.
