We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our Owner Relations Operations Team. This team plays an important role in ensuring that our homeowners and prospective homeowners receive an exceptional experience while partnering with our company.
In this administrative-focused position, you will help keep the day-to-day operations of the Owner Relations Team running smoothly. You will assist with owner communication, maintain accurate records, coordinate updates, answer questions, and help ensure important tasks and follow-ups are completed on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Potential Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Owner Relations Team
- Assist with emails, phone calls, and general owner questions
- Keep homeowners informed about company updates and property-related information
- Maintain accurate owner and property records
- Track outstanding tasks and ensure timely follow-up
- Help prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate information between owners and other company departments
- Assist with onboarding new homeowners and properties
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
- Support additional Owner Relations projects as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through consistently
- Comfort working with email, spreadsheets, and property management or CRM software
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Previous administrative, hospitality, property management, or customer service experience is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
