Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly at the counter and on the phone, providing information about car rental services and scheduling reservations .
- Perform vehicle cleaning tasks including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, etc. as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Conduct quality inspections on completed vehicles to ensure all detailing standards are met or exceeded
- Assist with vehicle movement within the lot or shop area using safe driving practices
- Support team members with additional custodial or maintenance tasks to uphold a professional environment
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is highly valued
- Hands-on experience with customer, phone interaction and car detailing procedures
- Janitorial or custodial experience demonstrating attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles safely around the lot or shop area
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a team setting
