Studio Assistant | Part Time | Norfolk, VA
Pay: Starting at $13.50 per hour
Schedule: Friday through Sunday, approximately 4 to 6 hour shifts
Rent A Set Studio is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Studio Assistant to join our creative team in Norfolk, VA!
We provide photography and content creation studio rentals for photographers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and can help create an exceptional experience for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and assist with studio check in and checkout.
- Manage reservations, answer inquiries, and process payments.
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized studio spaces.
- Assist clients with lighting equipment, backdrops, and studio setups.
- Monitor studio equipment and inventory.
- Support social media posting and content creation.
- Assist with daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Able to work independently and multitask.
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems.
- Interested in photography, social media, or content creation.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Availability Requirements:
Applicants must be available at least 3 weekends per month and able to work at least 2 days between Friday and Sunday during their scheduled weekends.
Photography experience is a plus but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
