We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Store Associate to join our team at our Shipping, Packaging, and Mailbox Rental Store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning how to run a small business.
This is more than a typical retail job. The right candidate will be trained in shipping logistics, customer service, store operations, and leadership, with the opportunity to grow into a Store Manager role within 6 months based on performance.

What You'll Do:
Customer Service
- Welcome customers and assist with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services
- Help customers choose the best shipping options (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service
Shipping & Packaging
- Pack items safely and securely for shipping
- Process shipments using major carrier systems
- Track packages and assist customers with delivery questions
- Handle incoming packages and manage mailbox customer deliveries
Sales & Store Operations
- Process transactions using the POS system
- Recommend additional services such as packaging supplies, mailbox rentals, and printing
- Keep the store organized, clean, and well stocked
- Assist with inventory and supply management
Leadership Development
- Learn store opening and closing procedures
- Assist with training new employees
- Gain experience in daily store operations and customer management
- Prepare for promotion to Store Manager within 6 months

Preferred (but not required):
