What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Assistant/Internet Leads Coordinator position at Rent-2-Own?
This position will be responsible for approving and placing all Special Orders and Direct Ship Orders. This will include creating accurate Purchase Orders, pricing product, ensuring accuracy of model numbers, communicating with stores. This individual will also be responsible for Internet Sales Leads. This will involve locating the product the customer is seeking, communicating with the customer, connecting the customer with the appropriate store to complete the order process. This person will also assist the Purchasing Department when needed with various other tasks.
* Approving and Placing Special and Direct Ship Orders
* Creating Purchase Orders
* Communicating with stores and customers
* Locating Product for Internet Sales Leads
* Filing and Clerical Duties to assist Purchasing Department
* Any other tasks to assist Purchasing Department
* Strong Work Ethic
* Excellent Attendance Record
* Strong Verbal and communication skills a must
* Ability to use software such as: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Gmail
* Possesses strong computer skills
* Ability to learn quickly and efficiently to use the POS system
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently or in a group
