We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant (CRA) to support our Clinical Research Coordinators and study teams.

Position Summary

The Clinical Research Assistant supports the clinical team in the daily conduct of research studies. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in clinical research and gain hands-on experience in study operations, patient interaction, regulatory support, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Study & Patient Support

• Assist coordinators with participant visits and study procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms and study materials before visits.
• Support patient scheduling and appointment reminders.
• Escort participants and assist with visit flow
• Maintain and organize study binders and source documentation.
• Assist with filing regulatory documents.
• Prepare charts and study-specific paperwork.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  
  

Data & Administrative Support

• Assist with data entry into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Support preparation for monitoring visits
  
  

Laboratory & Supply Support

• Assist with specimen handling and shipment (as trained)
• Maintain adequate study supply inventory.
• Coordinate with lab and pharmacy departments as needed.
