This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Leasing Manager based in Dyersburg, TN. The role involves managing residential property leases, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, conducting market research, overseeing property management operations, fostering tenant relationships to improve resident retention, and addressing tenant inquiries or concerns promptly. The Property Leasing Manager will work closely with property owners and colleagues to achieve high occupancy rates and provide excellent property management services.
- Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
- Familiarity with Market Research and property market analysis
- Skills in Property Management and the ability to oversee day-to-day operations
- Experience in Resident Retention, including building and maintaining tenant relationships
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and office productivity tools
- Previous experience in the property management or real estate industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
