What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at Renoxx Behavioral Health Services?
Under the direction of the Case Manager(s) and Program Director, assist with overall program implementation of various Tl activities including identifying community resources, designing and implementation of lesson plans, continuous staff training and performance assessment, assist with the monitoring of Treatment progress for participants on the Autism Waiver program.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Lesson Plans
- Site Maintenance & Monitoring of Materials
- Staff Orientation/Training On Participants Treatment Plan
- Supervision Of Staff
- Manage Incidents
- TI Program Activity Planning and Logistics
- New Staff Training
- Individual Initial ISP Meeting and overall ISP Management including quarterly reports
- Staff Scheduling, Supervision, and Management including performance reports, incident reports, and weekly meetings.
- Providing coverage for DSP callouts.
Responsibilities are clearly laid out and explained in your employment contract upon hiring.
Qualifications(Education/Training Requirements):
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a human services field
· Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
. Must have at least 3 years of experience working with people with autism
· Be eligible to employed in the special needs industry including pass a background check, not be simultaneously employed at another agency, be physically able to manage the staff and clients according to state guidelines
