Child Care Residential Coordinator

Under the general supervision of Case Manager, the Child Care Residential Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of the child care residential services to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Child Care Residential Program Coordinator performs job duties in line with Renoxx Caregivers, Inc. mission, vision, and philosophy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participant Initial Intake/Assessment
• Communicate with Service Coordinators
• Ongoing monitoring of the site
• Manage behavior Plan
• Staff Scheduling, Supervision, and Management including performance reports, incident reports, and weekly meetings.

Responsibilities are clearly laid out and explained in your employment contract upon hiring.

Qualifications(Education/Training Requirements):

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a human services field

. Must have a Residential Childcare Administrators License

· Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

· Be eligible to employed in the special needs industry including pass a background check, not be simultaneously employed at another agency, be physically able to manage the staff and clients according to state guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
