WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead the companys financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls that drive efficiency and transparency
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and treasury operations to maintain a strong financial position
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making
- Collaborate with operations and project teams on cost tracking, pricing, and financial risk management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and external audit requirements
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster professional growth and continuous improvement
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and capital financing initiatives
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5 years of progressive experience in financial management or controllership roles
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or utilities strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of job costing, contract accounting, and project-based financial analysis
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
