Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties safely and effectively. Bachelor’s degree required in data analytics, business, healthcare administration, industrial/systems engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience in performance analytics or healthcare analytics may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
Experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or reporting in a healthcare or complex operational environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze trends, synthesize insights, and communicate findings to leadership. Experience working with dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics aligned to strategic goals.

Certification or experience in analytics, performance improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies preferred.
Computer / Typing
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

Significant Responsibilities
- Designs, produces, and maintains standardized scorecards, dashboards, and reports to track progress at the enterprise, portfolio, and initiative levels.
- Acquires, validates, and integrates data from multiple clinical and operational sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of performance measurement.
- Analyzes performance trends, variances, and root causes to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions tied to health system goals.
- Presents clear, concise, and actionable insights to senior leaders, translating complex data into meaningful narratives that support decision‑making.
- Supports Renown measurement standards, definitions, and data governance practices to ensure consistency and comparability across cascaded goals.
- Partners with transformation and improvement leaders to evaluate initiative impact, monitor benefits realization, and refine metrics as strategies evolve.
- Supports the continued maturity of the TMO through adoption of changes and new directives and by proactively collaborating with other team members.
