We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Quality to support our Home Health and Hospice teams—someone who thrives on data, process improvement, and ensuring excellence in care delivery behind the scenes.
In this role, you will serve as a key leader in shaping quality initiatives across both agencies. You’ll oversee chart audits, lead data collection and analysis, and translate insights into actionable process improvements that elevate outcomes. From managing annual QAPI plans to leading infection prevention programs, your work will directly impact the quality and safety of care our patients receive.
You’ll also play a critical role in regulatory readiness—acting as the primary representative for quality, patient experience, and emergency management during surveys. Additionally, you’ll lead emergency preparedness efforts, maintain operational plans, coordinate drills, and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory standards.
This position also includes leadership responsibilities, guiding team members to ensure accurate reviews, continuous staff education, and strong engagement in quality and patient experience initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs for Home Health and Hospice
- Oversee chart audits, data collection, and analysis to drive process improvements
- Manage infection prevention programs and ensure regulatory compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact during regulatory surveys
- Drive patient experience initiatives and promote staff engagement
- Oversee emergency management planning, drills, and compliance efforts
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality review processes and education
What You Bring:
- Strong background in quality, compliance, or performance improvement in healthcare
- Experience with data analysis and translating insights into action
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in Home Health and/or Hospice
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and accountability
- Passion for improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience
