Office Manager / Executive Assistant (Construction Industry)
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager / Executive Assistant to work directly alongside ownership as a true right hand.
This is a demanding role. It requires someone who can operate at a high level, juggle multiple priorities, and keep both the office and projects moving without constant direction.

The Role
You will work closely with one of the owners, supporting both day-to-day operations and bigger-picture execution. This position is critical to the company’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support from pre-construction through project closeout
- Prepare, track, and manage purchase orders and project documentation
- Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Assist with employee tracking, expense reporting, cost tracking, and project reporting
- Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems
- Keep operations running smoothly by anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise
- Support light marketing efforts (Canva/design, social media, content — a plus)
